Coach Shanshan has been certified in the new taolu routines. This 5 day training course focused on new taolu routines that will be used to train the next generation of wushu athletes.

2023.12.09 - 2nd West Coast Wushu Championships (San Gabriel, California)

Congratulations to 44 SDWC athletes who competed at the 2023 WCWC. We brought home a total of 110 medals (79 Gold, 24 Silver, and 7 Bronze).

2023.09.03 - Golden State International Wushu Championships (Santa Clara, California)

Congratulations to 37 SDWC athletes who competed at the 2023 GSIWC. We brought home a total of 115 medals (66 Gold, 26 Silver, and 23 Bronze).

2023.08.04 - 4th Pan American Kungfu Championships 2023 (Markham, Ontario, Canada)

13 SDWC athletes represented the United States bringing home 40 medals (15 Gold, 12 Silver and 13 Bronze)! Congratulations!

2023.06.16 - 2023 IWUF Judging Certification (Cairo, Egypt)

Coach Alex has successfully recertified as an International Wushu Federation (IWuF) Grade A Judge in Cairo, Egypt.

Certification licenses are renewed every 4 years to study the latest wushu taolu rules and regulations.

2023.05.26 - 2023 USAWKF National Wushu (Taolu) Team Trials (Lubbock, Texas)

Congratulations to Leianna Yuen and Alex Zhang on making the USA Wushu Team!

5 athletes from SDWC competed against top level USA athletes for the national team.

2023.05.26 - 2023 USAWKF National Championships & Traditional (Kungfu) Team Trials (Lubbock, Texas)

Congratulations to 14 SDWC athletes on making the USA Kungfu Team! They will have the opportunity to represent the USA at the upcoming Pan American Kungfu Championships in Canada and the World Kungfu Championships in China.
